Introduction

Dazzling Works LLC ("Dazzling Works," "we," "us," or "our") operates mobile applications under the Dashing Photos brand (each an "App," collectively the "Apps"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use any of our Apps.

By using any of our Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

1. Device Identifier (IDFV / Android ID)

We collect a device identifier (such as Apple's Identifier for Vendor or Android equivalent) unique to your device for our App.

• Purpose: Track your credit balance, enforce usage limits, and manage subscriptions
• Not shared: This identifier is NOT shared with third parties
• No cross-app tracking: NOT used for cross-app tracking or advertising

2. Photos

When you use the App, you upload photos to our servers for AI-powered processing.

• Photos are stored on our servers for processing and to provide the service
• Photos may be used to improve our AI photo enhancement technology and develop new features
• Photos are NOT sold or shared with third parties

3. Push Notification Tokens

If you grant permission, we collect push notification tokens to notify you when your photo processing is complete. We may also use push notifications to promote and market our own products and services. This permission is optional — you can deny it and still use the App.

4. Crash Reports & Analytics

We use Sentry for automatic error and crash reporting, and PostHog for privacy-focused product analytics to maintain app stability and improve the user experience. No personal data is shared with these services.

Information We Do NOT Collect

Our Apps are designed to minimize unnecessary data collection. We explicitly do NOT collect:

• Names, email addresses, or account information (our Apps are anonymous)
• Contacts
• Browsing history
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA)

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our Apps:

• Cloud Infrastructure: For secure photo processing and storage
• Sentry: Crash reporting service
• PostHog: Privacy-focused product analytics
• Apple: Payment processing via StoreKit for subscriptions
• Google: Payment processing via Google Play Billing for subscriptions

Data Retention & Deletion

• Photos: Stored on our servers for as long as needed to provide and improve the service. You can delete your photos anytime within the App
• Device records: You can delete your data anytime within the App. If you uninstall the App, your data may be retained for service improvement purposes
• Crash reports: Retained for 90 days

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

Your Rights

You can delete your photos and data anytime within the App. Since our Apps do not require account creation and we do not collect personal identifiers, we cannot process individual data deletion requests outside of the App. If you uninstall the App, your data may be retained as described in the Data Retention section above.

California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information.

International Users

If you are accessing the App from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
